I’m mom to my twin boys, Dean and Kane, who keep me busy, sleep-deprived, and endlessly amazed. I started this blog to get me through nap time — because if I can’t move, I might as well write about it.

Our Heart Journey
I’m also a CHD mama, my little warrior Kane had open heart surgery at just six weeks old.
He’s living proof that babies are tougher than adults, and his resilience reminds me daily to celebrate even the tiniest wins (like finishing a cup of coffee while it’s still hot).
His twin brother, Dean, is his giggle partner and nap-time negotiator. Together, they’ve taught me that chaos can still be beautiful, and that twin life is double the love and double the noise.

Before Twins, There Were Cats
I was a cat mom first to three black-and-white tuxedo cats who are still adjusting to life with babies. They now supervise from the highest shelves in the house, probably wondering when things got so loud.
